The customer has to follow the mentioned steps:

  • ClothingRoof will provide a packing slip and pickup slip pdf.
    • The customer has to print them and take an extra copy of the pickup slip for their reference.
    • The customer has to pack the parcel with the tape and paste the packaging slip on the parcel.
    • Our executive will come and pick up the parcel from the customer and will sign the pickup slips. One slip is for the pickup man and another one is for the customer.
    • The customer has to send the picture of the pickup slip on WhatsApp with the order ID.
    • As a reward for this, we will credit the customer’s account with a coupon of Rs. 30 after the parcel is received, which they can use in their next shopping.

PLEASE NOTE: If the received parcel is not the originally sent one, then no refund will be issued and the parcel will be disposed of by the ClothingRoof. The Customer can no longer claim for the parcel either for a refund.
