SHOPPING INFORMATION

  • A standard fee on the basis of delivery location will be charged for the order value less than ₹ 699. All the orders having minimum value of ₹ 699 are eligible for free delivery.

 

  • Kindly note that if any coupon or deal is applied, the total order value after the additional discount should be minimum ₹ 699 to avail free delivery.
  • An order can be cancelled in the order section. There you will find an option to cancel the order.
  • Cancellation can only be done within 18Hrs of placing the order, because once the dispatch is done, the cancellation is not possible.
  • It is important to notice that once the order is cancelled, you have to place a fresh order for the same if you want that product.
  • Once the cancellation period gets over, your order is dispatched and once the pickup is done, you’ll receive your order within 2-3 (based upon the location) working days.
  • Generally orders get delivered prior to the estimated time.
  • After placing an order, a cancellation period is given to cancel the order.
  • Once cancellation period gets over, order is dispatched and within 2-3 (based upon location) working days it’ll get delivered to the mentioned shipping address.

Yes, after the completion of the order you’ll receive the invoice on the mail.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Yes, the COD option is available at our website.
  • We pay huge charges while handling payments via cash-on-delivery, thus forcing us to charge a nominal fees.
  • Fees: Min. 50 INR or 5% extra whichever is higher.
  • In-case of refunds, the COD fees will not be refunded with order value.
  • Kindly note: refund amount = total order value – COD fees
  • We prefer payment via online payments, as these would be convenient, and easy to use. Plus, in-case of refund, online-payments process much faster than the COD payments.

During checkout you’ll be redirected to the CashFree payment gateway where you’ll be having an option to pay through:

  1. ATM / Debit or Credit Card
  2. UPI
  3. Net Banking
  4. COD: Cash On Delivery

We at ClothingRoof ensures that the customer receives the order in 100% good health, but if something goes wrong and there is need for assistance, kindly contact us as-soon-as-possible via Whatsapp or Mail, because after 48 – Hrs  or 2 – Days of delivery no exchange or return request will be considered.

  • Cancellation can be done within 18Hrs after placing the order.
  • However for exchange, if the product falls under the category of exchange then we will certainly do it for you if it meets our required criteria.

The customer has to follow the mentioned steps:

  • Parcel should be packed and ready for the pickup.
  • Our Executive will come and pickup the parcel from you.
  • Upon receiving the product, once it gets verified, your order refund would be initiated.
  • The refund will take 7 – 10 days to get credited back into your account.
  • The refund will be refunded back to the payment mode which was selected during the checkout process.

PLEASE NOTE: If the received parcel is not the originally sent one, then no refund will be issued and the parcel will be disposed off by the ClothingRoof. The Customer can no longer claim for the parcel nor for a refund.
